Community Education Registration

There are 3 ways to register for a UCC Community Education Class. Complete a Community Education Registration Form and choose the most convenient way to register!

 1.  In Person

Register at the UCC Campus Center registration window on a walk-in basis. We are located at 1140 Umpqua College Rd. Registration hours are 7:30-5 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Tuesday registration hours are 7:30-6 pm.  Registration is closed on Fridays from mid-June through August.

2.  By Mail

Mail a completed Community Education Registration form with check or money order for the full amount of tuition and fees or provide your Visa/Mastercard information.  Please do not send cash.  Mail-in registration does not guarantee space.

 3. By Phone

Call (541) 440-7744 weekdays between 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Please have your registration information and your Visa/Mastercard information ready.  Registration is closed on Fridays from mid-June through August.

If you are unable to reach UCC Registration by phone, please call 440-4601 and the Community Education department staff may be able to assist you.

Payment & Pre-registration
Payment is due at time of registration. Pre-registration for Community Education classes is strongly recommended.  Registration at the first class session cannot be guaranteed in cases where the class is full or cancelled due to low enrollment numbers.

Outstanding fines/debts
If you owe fines or other monies to the college, you will not be allowed to register until all such debts have been cleared through the college Business Office.

Cancellation of classes
The college reserves the right to cancel any class because of extenuating circumstances, such as low enrollment.  Enrolled students will be notified in case of cancellation and refunds will be issued.

Refunds
Students are eligible for a refund if they drop the Community Education class according to the following schedule:

Workshop/Conference (class that meets 1-3 times).  A full refund if you drop two or more working days prior to the first class meeting.  No refund will be given after this deadline.

Class (class that meets 4 or more times) A full refund if you drop prior to the second class meeting.  No tuition or fee refund will be given after this deadline.

A full refund will be given if a workshop or class is cancelled by Umpqua Community College.
