Roseburg — Umpqua Community College will sponsor a workshop, “Excel Charts & Graphs 2007” on Wednesday, November 5, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Workforce Training Center, 2555 Diamond Lake Blvd., Room 13.
