Policy Committee

The Policy Committee shall develop and carry out a process for additions, modification or decommissions of College Board Policies and Administrative Procedures. This group is tasked with communicating the process to the campus community, standardizing the language and style of written policies, and maintaining a history of policy development and review.

The committee meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. Please submit your request to the Policy Chair one week prior to the next meeting.

Each request requires a completed and signed Policy Submission Form. Utilize the templates below when submitting changes or new policies and/or procedures.

Committee Members: Robin VanWinkle (Chair), Ellen Brown, Robynne Wilgus, Deborah Gresham, Gregg Smith, Jasmine Allen, Rebekah Worcester-Boucher and Kristapher Yates. Ex officio members: Vice Presidents (or designee) and HR Director.
