President Pokrandt spent her first two year on campus listening. She listened to students, the community, staff, and faculty. The result is a brand new Strategic Doing plan that was adopted by the UCC Board of Education in 2023 in preparation for the 2023 school year. The New Strategic Doing Plan ties to a brand-new accreditation cycle for UCC. Underneath the Strategic Doing Plan sits the Academic Strategy and Priorities Plan (ASAP), the Student Support Plan, the Facilities Master Plan, and the Technology Master Plan.
