Guest Seating (Rain or Shine)

UCC will hold its annual Graduation ceremony outdoors in the Swanson Amphitheater.

Guests should be aware of the following seating guidelines:

  • Arrive early, as the event typically draws a large audience.
  • Approximately 1,000 chairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Two designated grassy areas adjacent to the main seating section will be reserved for guests who wish to use blankets.
  • Lawn chairs are permitted only along the outer edges of the blanket areas to maintain clear sightlines for all attendees.
  • A reserved seating area for guests using wheelchairs will be provided.
  • A courtesy shuttle for individuals with accessibility needs will operate from the bus station in the parking lot in front of the Jacoby Amphitheater.
