Apply for the Emergency Medical Services Program

UCC’s EMS program has an acceptance process as part of admission to the program. Your application will be submitted for consideration into the program. Check back regularly for updates, application deadlines, and detailed instructions. 

Make sure you are a UCC student and have a:

  • 800# before applying to the program. If you already have an 800#, you can apply during the open application period.
  • UCC email (not personal email) for proper correspondence with UCC staff. An example of a UCC student email is: [email protected]. All electronic correspondence will be done using the student email assigned to you.

Steps to Apply

Step 1: UCC Admissions

Brand New to UCC Apply List your major as EMS and apply for Fall
Current UCC Student Confirm major is EMS If major is incorrect, you will need to complete the change of major form

Step 2: Transcripts

If you have completed college coursework outside of UCC, submit official college transcripts from each issuing institution* to:

Or through email to [email protected]
*If your coursework is from a college outside of Oregon, please also provide course descriptions and/or syllabi from the year you took the course.

Step 3: Apply to the EMS Program
