You can use this form to upload documents to the Office of Financial Aid. In order to ensure that your financial aid documents are added to your financial aid file on time, we recommend that you submit all unsatisfied requirements via this drop box.
The drop box will only accept documents in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.
Please be sure that all forms are completely filled out, physically signed, and dated. Please include your UCC Student ID on all the documents you are uploading. Thank you!
