What is wellness?

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as a “state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

The following are activities that can promote wellness:

  • Meditate and relax                                                                      Oregon Beach
  • Physical exercise
  • Eating right
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Social connection
  • Learning when it is time to seek professional help
