UCC Student Bus Passes

If you are a UCC student, you can ride the bus for a very low cost.

Student passes are available for just $50 per term from Umpqua Transit. The passes can be purchased from the Student Center.


UTrans is a public transportation service operated by United Community Action Network and serving the greater Roseburg area, with commuter services to Winston, Sutherlin, Myrtle Creek, and Canyonville.

ASUCC Emergency Gas Voucher

Established by ASUCC Leadership Board, the gas card program is intended to assist students that cannot afford gas at the beginning of the term, in the period between the time school starts and financial aid is disbursed.

Each voucher is in the form of a $15 gas card. A student is only eligible to receive one (1) gas card per term, maximum four (4) cards per academic year.

Qualifications: Students are eligible if they are enrolled in college or other credits on campus.


Through the Dial-A-Ride service, UVdN is able to provide efficient, affordable, and accessible transportation assistance within the greater Roseburg and southern Douglas County areas.
