SBM for Contractors
Centered on supporting new contractors, covering topics including payroll and taxes, basic financials, government contracts, working with subcontractors, marketing, intermediate estimating, working with vendors, and much more.
SBM Level 1
Intended for newer business owners interested in improving financial and time management skills while gaining the knowledge and skills necessary for increased business effectiveness and profitability.
SBM Advanced
Builds on the business fundamentals learned in Level 1 with a focus on systems planning, in-depth financial analysis, pitch training and longer-term strategies for growth and development.
All SBM courses include free access to valuable market research analysis, extensive peer networking opportunities, and personalized 1:1 advising sessions aimed to help you apply course material to your specific business. Light meals are provided.
Classes meet one designated Monday evening per month, October – June.
