UCC is committed to providing an academic and work environment free of unlawful sex harassment under Title IX. We comply with Title IX. This is a federal civil rights law. Standards of Conduct - Employees
Umpqua Community College has established performance and behavior standards that employees are expected to follow (Policy and Procedure). The College may issue oral or written warnings, suspend, demote, or take other disciplinary action for violations of rules or policies as deemed appropriate to the violation, previous discipline, and in accordance with all respective Collective Bargaining Agreements.
