Policies

Payment & Registration

Payment is due at time of registration. Pre-registration for Community Education classes is strongly recommended. Registration at the first class session cannot be guaranteed if the class is full or cancelled due to low enrollment numbers.

Refunds

Full refunds will be issued to all students if UCC must cancel a class. You are eligible for a refund if you drop a class two business days prior to the class start date. No refunds are available if your request is made less than two business days prior to class. To cancel a class, contact Community Workforce at 541-440-4668.

Financial credit towards future classes may be considered based on special circumstances, but is not guaranteed. Requests based on special circumstances must be made in writing to the Community Workforce Training Office, located on the UCC Campus.
