Office of Academic Services
Mission
The Office of Academic Services embodies the academic, enrollment, and student services operations of the college, in addition to campus-wide institutional research, college-wide compliance, assessment, and accreditation initiatives. The VP of Academic Services works collaboratively with the President, administrative leaders, and faculty to bridge operations of the college in order to successfully deliver transformational educational opportunities. With a focus on quality educational experiences, the Office of Academic Services promotes innovative teaching and learning, engaging scholarship, intentional academic support, and purposeful student services to ensure students have every opportunity to achieve success at Umpqua Community College and beyond.

- Ensure the College remains compliant with regulation and requirements put forth by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) and Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU).
