Hiring Position: Student Life Assistant/Information Desk Aide

Job Description:
Work-Study students are needed to assist with the Student Life/Campus Engagement Desk. Assistant will respond to inquiries regarding departmental procedures and services; receive and refer visitors; and process photo IDs. Assist with Student Life events; perform tasks using various Microsoft Office products; organizing files (online and hard copy); and other duties as assigned.
Applicants should possess good customer service skills, be able to clearly communicate on a phone and in-person, and be familiar with and comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
