$40 – $50.50 per hour (DOE)

+ $2 per hour NOC Shift Differential
+ $3 per hour Weekend Shift Differential (Day & NOC)

This position will serve both the Skilled Nursing and RCF sides of our community.

Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) working in our Skilled Nursing/RCF facility will provide day to day nursing care and ensure the safety of our residents while working to maximize their quality of life. This position will assist in the supervision of other healthcare workers including Caregivers, CNA’s, CMA’s and LPN’s.

Responsibilities:
-Provide primary care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
-Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques
-Ensure residents’ chart is current
-Assess resident for change of condition
-A Registered Nurse (RN) will assist with new resident admission process
-Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health
-Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc
-Complete incident and accident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel.
-Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the State of practice.
