Students that opt-out of direct deposit will receive a check via USPS

What do I need to apply?

  2. Access to financial institution account information. Institutions range from traditional checking/savings bank accounts to prepaid debit cards.
  3. Voided Check or Direct Deposit Authorization (some financial institutions provide access to direct deposit authorizations from their websites).  A voided check or authorization needs to be turned in with the form or submitted via web.
