SDP 113: Human Relations for Supervisors
This course analyzes the mutual relationships of employees, customers, and others outside the work place. Studies and provides critical thinking about teamwork, coaching, counseling, and mutual respect, personal integrity, and acceptance of others. Students gain insight into the human and organizational factors that influence the workplace beyond the traditionally measured outcomes of performance, production, and profitability.

BA231: Computers in Business
BA231 is a computer class with very precise software requirements. Students will need the personal computer version of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will need a computer with high speed internet access in order to be successful in the course. This course is not designed to be completed using a tablet or smart phone options.
Both Windows and Mac versions of the software can be used. The course is built with the Windows version and as such the Mac version will require some additional student research. Here are options for the required Microsoft Office Suite:

Option 1: Already have Microsoft Office Suite installed?
Students who currently have Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint installed with a version of Office 2016 or Office 365 may use that software for the class.
Option 2: Microsoft Office 365
This option works for both Windows and MAC computers.
As an Umpqua Community College student, you may install Microsoft Office 365. In order to use this option, you will need your UCC Student Email account. You will need to follow the instructions contained in the following link on your personal computer:
